These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Mog Wars ("we", "us") and govern your access to and use of mogwars.ai and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of photos, videos, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works of that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service (including showing it to other users, on leaderboards, and in shareable result cards).

The Service uses AI models to score submissions. Ratings are generated for entertainment purposes only. They are not professional, medical, psychological, or aesthetic advice, and they do not reflect your worth as a person. You acknowledge that AI output may be inaccurate or inconsistent.
The Service may offer paid features (Premium subscriptions, in-app coins, or other purchases) processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Unless required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., Sections 4, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13) will survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mog Wars and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Where required by local law, you may have additional rights that these Terms do not override.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
